## The short answer

A Page is a styled report, memo, dashboard or tracker that a Bot builds for you in the chat. You open it full screen, ask the Bot for changes in a panel beside it, and share it with people you invite, your team or anyone with the link. The Bot can keep it current, including from a routine. Pages appear in the 0.75.2 changelog entry of October 22, 2026.

This page follows Cursor's Pages help, the docs.x.ai files and results page and the changelog, read on October 25, 2026. We have not built or shared a Page ourselves, and the use cases beyond the official examples are our suggestions.

| Question | Answer from the sources |
| --- | --- |
| What can it hold? | Text, tables, charts and controls like filters and switches (Cursor's help); the docs add heat maps, flow charts and other interactive components |
| Who edits it? | The Bot, when you ask in the chat panel beside the open Page; you can rename a Page you made from its title |
| Where does it live? | In the Bot's Library, under the Bot's details; also through Cmd+K search or the right-hand panel |
| Who can see it? | Only you until you share it; then people you invite, your team, or anyone with the link |
| Can it update itself? | A Bot can update or create Pages on routines, according to the docs |
| What version do I need? | Cursor's help says 0.60.0 or later on your computer and 1.14.0 or later on your phone, and that Pages is rolling out gradually; the changelog lists Pages as new in its October 22 entry |

## Make a Page and change it

Ask the Bot in chat and say what the Page is for and what should be on it. Cursor's help gives the example of asking for a Page that compares three quotes in a thread, with a table and a short recommendation; the docs suggest a summary of this week's support tickets by topic, a dashboard of signups, trials and conversions for the last 30 days, and a launch tracker of open tasks, owners and statuses. The Bot posts the Page in the chat as a card with its title and Open.

On desktop, clicking the card fills the window with the Page and keeps the chat open in a smaller panel beside it, labeled Message about and the Page's title; on the phone, tapping the card opens it in the app. Changes go through the Bot: it edits the same Page, so everyone who can open it sees the change, and the earlier card in the chat shows Updated. Filters, switches and other controls change only your view and are never saved. Since 0.75.2, Pages can capture the pointer and fill the screen, keyboard shortcuts keep working while a Page is open, and Back closes the Page and stays on its Bot.

1. Ask the Bot for a Page, naming its purpose, the sources it should use and the sections you want.
2. Open the card and read the whole Page before sharing it; check numbers against the sources the Bot cites.
3. Ask for corrections in the panel beside the Page rather than in a new chat, so the same Page is updated.
4. Rename it from its title if the Bot's title is unclear; the title becomes part of a public link's address.
5. Share it only after the content is right, at the narrowest level that works.

## Find and pin Pages in the Library

Each Bot keeps its Pages in its Library. On desktop, click the Bot's name at the top of the chat to open its details and choose the Library tab, which lists the Pages, files and apps the Bot has made; a Page shared with your team or with anyone who has the link shows that on its row. The docs also point to Cmd+K search and the right-hand panel for getting back to past Pages.

The More actions menu on a Page's row offers Open, Share… and Pin. Since 0.75.2 you can pin Library pages, files and links to a Pinned section that stays at the top of the Library and syncs across your devices; choose Unpin to take one off. Hovering over or focusing a Library row shows a preview with who sent the item, when, and who can see a Page, which is the quickest way to check a Page's visibility before you send its link.

## Share a Page, and what each option exposes

A new Page is private to you until you share it. Open the Page and click Share at the top, or choose Share… from its row in the Library, pick who can view it, then choose Copy link. People who open a team or invite link sign in with their Cursor account first. Since 0.75.2 the Share menu shows the Page's current visibility. Everyone you share with can read the Page and use its controls; only the Bot can change it.

Public links deserve the most care. Cursor's help says an anyone-with-the-link Page gets its own web address on pages.grok.bot, made from its title, that anyone can open without signing in. The address stays the same if you rename the Page, and you cannot choose a custom one yet. Treat a public Page like a published document: a Page the Bot keeps up to date will show whatever the Bot adds later, too.

| Who can view | Who can open it | Notes from Cursor's help |
| --- | --- | --- |
| People you invite | You and the teammates and groups you add, each as a Viewer | On a personal account this option is Only you |
| Your team | Everyone on your Cursor team | A Page in your personal space cannot be team-shared |
| Your organization | Everyone in the organization | Some teams see this option; the changelog adds sharing with another team in the organization (0.75.2) |
| Anyone with the link | Anyone, with no sign-in | Off on Enterprise teams; address on pages.grok.bot |

## Unshare, delete and admin limits

To narrow a Page's audience, open Share again and choose a narrower option. Cursor's help says every Page you've shared is listed under Grok Bot Pages in Shared Canvases on your Cursor dashboard, where you can change who can view it or delete it; the 0.75.2 changelog describes the same place as the dashboard's Pages section, where you can unshare or delete. Deleting a Page means anyone with the link loses access.

On teams, the 0.75.2 entry says Page owners can share a Page with their whole organization or with another team in it, and team admins can limit who can share Pages with everyone on the team. When an option is unavailable, the share menu says why: Public sharing is off for Enterprise teams, Pages in your personal space can't be team-shared, Couldn't update access (try again), or This page's access changed, which means someone else changed it while you had the menu open.

Since 0.77.0 (October 26) a Page's owner can also delete it from the Library, which the changelog says removes it for everyone it was shared with, so the dashboard is no longer the only place a delete can happen. The same entry says teammates see Pages shared with the team in a shared Bot's Library under Shared with your team, that pictures on a Page fade in and broken ones show their description, that links to Grok Bot inside a Page open in the app, and that after you are removed from a team your personal Pages show in the Library again. 0.78.1 (October 27) adds that Bots apply several Page edits at once and leave the Page unchanged if any edit does not fit, that diagrams on a Page wrap long labels instead of clipping them, that Share in a Page header matches the Share button on Shared Bots (formerly Team Bots), that a team Page appears in the Library under every Bot that published it, and that clicking the current Bot in the sidebar closes an open Page.

## Pages that stay up to date

The docs say you can ask Bots to update or create Pages on routines, and that you can open a Page and chat with the Bot to configure changes. That makes a Page a natural home for anything you would otherwise receive as a new file every week. The ideas below are ours, not tested setups; each pairs a Page with a routine, and each run spends usage, as our [skills vs routines guide](https://www.grokbotwiki.com/guides/skills-vs-routines) explains.

- [ ] A weekly status memo for a project, rebuilt each Monday from the tracker and pull requests the Bot can read.
- [ ] A support or sales dashboard refreshed each morning from a connected app, with the date range shown on the Page.
- [ ] A comparison table of vendor quotes that the Bot updates when a new quote arrives in its inbox.
- [ ] A reading list or research brief that grows as the Bot finds new sources, each with a link.
- [ ] A launch tracker of open tasks, owners and statuses, the docs' own example, shared with the team rather than posted in a channel.

Editorial template (replace placeholders and review access before running):

```text
Build a Page called [title] for [audience]. Use only [named sources or connected apps]. Include [sections, tables or charts], and show the date and time the data was read at the top. Cite the source of every number. Keep the Page private; do not share it. Then propose a routine that updates this same Page every [schedule] and tell me what each run will read. Do not create the routine until I approve it.
```

## Limits and open questions

Several things the sources do not settle. Enterprise availability is the clearest disagreement: Cursor's help says Pages is not yet available on Enterprise teams, while the docs describe Enterprise users sharing Pages with users, groups or teams. The version note differs too: Cursor's help points to 0.60.0 on desktop and 1.14.0 on the phone, while the changelog lists Pages as new on October 22, so a rollout rather than an app update may decide when you see them.

Neither source we read describes a version history, a size limit, an export format or a way to restore an earlier version of a Page; when the Bot updates a Page, the earlier chat card simply opens the latest version. Because a Page is built from what the Bot can reach, check a Page that pulls from connected apps before widening its audience: the people you share it with see what the Bot put there, not what their own access would show them. Our [Shared Bots guide](https://www.grokbotwiki.com/guides/grok-bot-team-bots) covers the team-side admin controls, and [Is Grok Bot safe?](https://www.grokbotwiki.com/guides/is-grok-bot-safe) the wider security model.

## Quick answers

### What is a Grok Bot Page?

Something a Bot builds for you to read, such as a report, memo, dashboard, tracker or explainer. Cursor's help says it can hold text, tables, charts and controls like filters and switches, and the docs add heat maps and flow charts. It lives in the Bot's Library, and the 0.75.2 changelog entry (October 22) says you can edit it together or have the Bot keep it up to date.

### Can I edit a Page myself?

Only its title. Cursor's help says you change a Page by asking the Bot in the chat panel beside it, and the Bot edits the same Page, so everyone who can open it sees the change. Filters and switches change what you see, not what the Page holds, and nothing you do on the Page is saved. To rename a Page you made, click its title.

### Who can see a Page I share?

Whoever you choose under Who can view: people you invite (Only you on a personal account), your team, or anyone with the link. A new Page is private until you share it. An anyone-with-the-link Page gets its own address on pages.grok.bot that opens without signing in, so share it only when it holds nothing private. Everyone you share with can read the Page and use its controls; only the Bot can change it.

### Are Pages available on Enterprise plans?

The sources disagree. Cursor's Pages help, checked October 25, says Pages is rolling out gradually and is not yet available on Enterprise teams, and that public sharing is off on Enterprise. The docs.x.ai files and results page says users on Enterprise plans can share Pages with specific users, groups or teams, and the 0.75.2 changelog says Page owners on teams can share with their whole organization or another team. Check your own app.

### Can a routine keep a Page up to date?

Yes, according to the docs: you can ask Bots to update or create Pages on routines. When the Bot updates a Page, Cursor's help says the earlier card in the chat shows Updated, and clicking it opens the latest version. Each run spends usage like any other routine run.

### How do I stop sharing a Page or delete it?

Open Share again and pick a narrower option, or use the dashboard. Cursor's help says Pages you've shared are listed under Grok Bot Pages in Shared Canvases on your Cursor dashboard, where you can change who can view a Page or delete it; deleting means anyone with the link loses access. The 0.75.2 changelog calls this the dashboard's Pages section.
