We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits, recognize returning browsers, and measure interactions such as newsletter sign-ups. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled for our Analytics property. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on ↗.
Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies, using short-lived visitor identification.
First-party analytics records the pages you view, scroll depth, time on page, the referring website's hostname, browser language and timezone, screen and window size, coarse browser, operating system, and device type, and approximate location (country, region, city) derived by our host from your IP address. Session identifiers are kept in your browser's session storage and expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not store your IP address, record what you type, or track you on other sites. Events are stored with our database provider, Supabase.
Our analytics collectors skip visits that send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.
Information you give us
Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address and consent with our email provider, Resend, and use it only to send the newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Bot submissions: details you enter in the submission form (share link, category, summary, and any name, handle, or post link you add) are published as a public GitHub issue. Only submit information you are happy to make public.
Email: if you write to us, we keep the message to reply and to follow up on corrections.
AI assistant connector (MCP)
Our MCP server receives the query text an AI assistant sends when you ask it to search the directory or guides. We use that text only to answer the request and do not store it beyond our host's standard request logs. The server needs no account and returns only public directory and guide data.
Browser storage
Besides the cookies set by Google above, the site stores a few values in your browser's session storage: analytics session and tab identifiers, and whether you have already seen or joined the newsletter prompt. They are cleared when you close the tab.
Hosting and service providers
The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard request information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the service. We share information only with the providers named on this page, to operate the site. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, use the opt-out links above, or send a Global Privacy Control signal. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email sseleem1601@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
