GROK BOT WEEKLY · STARTER PACK

Your starter pack.
Five questions, 21 Bots.

Answer the five questions before you automate a recurring task, then start from a Bot someone already built. Print this page or save it as a PDF.

1. The workflow readiness checklist

  1. One task worth repeating. What do you do now, and how often does it come around?Example: Every Monday, check three competitors’ public release notes and prepare a short team update.
  2. Inputs you can actually provide. Which sources and tools does the task need?Example: Three approved public URLs, the date of the last check and a short description of what matters to us.
  3. An output you can picture. What should you receive, and where should it go?Example: A draft with three sections: what changed, why it matters and the source link. No automatic posting.
  4. A way to check the work. What would make the result useful, incomplete or wrong?Example: Open every source link. Check dates and claims. Mark missing information instead of guessing.
  5. A clear stopping point. What needs your approval? What should happen if access fails?Example: Stop when a source cannot be accessed. Ask before connecting an account, spending money or sharing anything.
