Third-party Bots and links
The Bot directory lists public share links created by other people. We do not create, operate, or vet those Bots, and listing one is not an endorsement. You are responsible for the Bots you add, the permissions you grant, and the actions they take. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Workflow services and payment
We offer independent workflow audits and setup assistance. The workflow audit costs $199 USD as a one-time payment through Stripe. It includes one 45-minute working session and a written workflow and feasibility plan, including tool costs and acceptance checks. We email within two business days after payment to arrange the session. The written plan is delivered within two business days after that session. A session time is agreed by email; paying does not select a calendar slot.
You can request a full refund by contacting us before work starts. We also refund the audit in full if we cannot take it on. We agree any work before the session with you first. Once work has started, contact us about cancellations or concerns so we can review the work completed and resolve them. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Setup costs $749 USD in total, including the audit; after a paid audit, the remaining fee is $550 USD. We agree the exact scope, availability, timing and cancellation terms before setup payment. Sending a setup enquiry does not charge you. Third-party subscriptions and usage are separate and paid directly by you.
We cannot change a vendor’s account access or usage limits, or guarantee that every proposed workflow is feasible. Our free editorial guides remain available regardless of whether you enquire about a service.
Sponsorship
A founding sponsorship costs $149 USD for 30 days, paid once through Stripe. It includes a text card with your company or product name, a tagline of up to 90 characters and a link to your own website, labelled “Sponsored”. Cards appear in sponsor slots on the Bot directory, guides and Bot pages, beside at most one other sponsor, and rotate daily between up to four sponsors. We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, traffic or results.
We review every order before it goes live and may decline any sponsor. We accept AI, automation and developer tools relevant to people who use Grok Bot. We do not accept gambling or betting, adult content, crypto token promotion, impersonation, misleading claims, or anything presented as official or endorsed by SpaceXSI, xAI or X, including their logos. We may ask you to change your tagline. You confirm that you may use the name, tagline and link you submit.
Cards usually go live within 1–2 business days after approval, or on a later start date you choose, and run for 30 days. Placements start and end with the site's daily update, so timing can vary by up to one day. There is no subscription or automatic renewal; each 30 days is a separate purchase.
We refund you in full if we decline your order or if you cancel before your card starts. There are no partial refunds after a card goes live. If we end a placement early for our own reasons, we refund the unused days; we may remove a card without a refund if it breaches these terms or becomes misleading or harmful. Sponsorship never affects organic order, picks, editorial notes, evidence labels or search results.
Featured templates
Featuring a listed Bot costs $19 USD for 7 days or $49 USD for 30 days, paid once through Stripe. The Bot appears in a separate row labelled “Featured · paid” on the Bot directory and its category page. A list shows at most three featured Bots; if more are booked, they rotate daily. Featuring does not change organic order, “best” picks, editorial notes, evidence labels or search results, and it is not a test, review or endorsement. Please do not describe it as one.
The Bot must be listed with a live share link and must not be in a category we keep out of search and advertising. You confirm that you created it or have its creator's permission. We review every order and may decline any Bot. Timing and refunds follow the sponsorship terms above: a full refund if we decline or you cancel before it starts, and no partial refunds once it is live.
Fast-track listings
A fast-track listing costs $29 USD, paid once through Stripe. It is for a Bot that is not in the directory yet. We review it ahead of the free queue and, if it qualifies, list it within 24 hours of your payment. Listing in the free queue stays free; the fast-track only changes how quickly we review.
A fast-track listing is a normal listing. It gets no special placement, label, “best” pick, editorial note or evidence label, and it does not change organic order or search results. It is not a test, review or endorsement. After listing, the Bot is checked and may be corrected, retired or removed like any other listing.
The same rules apply as for any submission. The link must be a public x.ai share page that resolves when we check it, and you confirm that you created the Bot or have its creator's permission. We may decline any Bot, for example a share page that does not resolve, a Bot that is already listed or duplicates a listing, or one that is unsafe, deceptive or in a sensitive category.
We refund you in full if we decline your Bot, or if we have not listed it within 24 hours of your payment. A listing is published with the site's next deploy, so “listed” means the Bot's page is live on the site. Once a Bot is listed, the fee is not refundable, including if the Bot is later retired or removed.
Submissions
When you submit a Bot or a correction, you confirm that you have the right to share it and agree that it may be published. We may edit, decline, or remove listings at our discretion, including listings that are misleading, unsafe, or that encourage breaking a platform's rules.
Content and trademarks
Original text and artwork on this site belong to Grok Bot Wiki. You may quote short passages with a link back. Directory descriptions come from public share pages and community catalogs and remain their authors' work, used under their stated licenses where applicable.
Grok Bot Wiki is unofficial and is not affiliated with or endorsed by xAI or X Corp. Grok and related names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the product our guides describe.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grok Bot Wiki is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, the information on it, or any third-party Bot or website it links to.
