The public Cursor pricing page currently lists Pro at $20 per month with Grok Bot access, and Teams Standard at $40 per user per month. Its prices exclude applicable taxes. The Grok Bot product page also displays a $30-per-month SuperGrok option with Bot access. These are advertised monthly prices, not a checkout quote or a measurement of how much work a plan completes.

There is a real discrepancy in the official sources: the getting-started guide still lists SuperGrok Plus or Heavy, Cursor Pro+ or Ultra, and Cursor Teams Standard or Premium as eligible. It does not list the lower tiers now shown on the pricing pages. Verify access in your signed-in account before purchasing or upgrading solely for Grok Bot.

Included access is different from unlimited usage

The FAQ describes weekly included usage and additional on-demand usage for eligible accounts, billed according to model and token cost. It says that when both Cursor and SuperGrok subscriptions exist, Grok Bot uses whichever has more usage. We have not tested that account-selection behavior or verified a fixed number of tasks per plan.

Before choosing a tier, inspect your current allowance, reset time, and any enabled extra usage in the account interface. A short document task and a long browser research run can consume very different amounts. Compare plans against a small example of your actual work; a subscription price alone cannot predict your monthly total.

  • The billing interval, currency, taxes, and renewal amount are visible.
  • You understand the included allowance and whether extra usage is enabled.
  • You have checked an existing subscription before buying another one.

Is there a free trial?

The product page has a free-start download button. The public pages checked for this guide do not establish a universal Grok Bot trial duration, included trial allowance, or renewal price. We therefore cannot promise a seven-day trial, free ongoing use, or eligibility for every new account.

If your sign-up flow offers a trial, read that offer's dates, payment requirements, limits, cancellation method, and renewal terms. Downloading an app does not by itself establish free access to the service. Keep the offer details available until you have confirmed what the account received.

Download the right app

Start at the official Grok Bot downloads page. Desktop documentation covers macOS for Apple silicon or Intel, Windows for x64 or Arm64, and Linux packages for x64 or Arm64. Use More downloads if the prominent button targets a different computer.

For phones, use the App Store and Google Play links in the official mobile guide. That guide specifies iOS 18 or later and Android 9 or later; it currently excludes iPad. Mobile connects to the same cloud workspace. Some routine-management actions, including editing schedules and test runs, still require desktop according to that guide.

  1. Choose your platform and processor architecture from the official download page.
  2. Install the app, then complete its account sign-in flow in the browser.
  3. Confirm the selected account and its eligibility before changing subscriptions.
  4. Create one focused Bot and attach a non-sensitive document for a small first task.
  5. Review the output and usage before adding more tools or scheduling work.

When access does not match the plan page

Record the plan name, account sign-in method, exact error, app version, and when it happened. Compare the account's access screen with the linked pricing and eligibility pages. For an organization seat, ask the administrator to check assignment and rollout status. Send support the conflicting page links instead of repeatedly buying different tiers.

This guide records a source check, not a purchase or successful sign-in test. Recheck the official pages before spending money; account offers and eligibility can change faster than a written guide.
