One less thing
on your list.
Turn a recurring task into a considered workflow. A clear plan first. Hands-on setup when you’re ready.
Independent help. Fixed scope. Your tools, your control.
The changes
that matter to you.
01 One task, clearly defined.
02 A result you can check.
03 A handoff you can use.
From a vague idea
to a thoughtful brief.
Start with something that comes around every week. We work through the inputs, the decisions and the result—before adding complexity.

“I spend Monday morning checking what changed. I want a short update I can share with my team.”
- The input
- Three agreed public sources and the questions that matter to your business.
- The output
- A concise brief: what changed, why it may matter and a link to each source.
- The checks
- Every claim has a source. Missing information is marked. You review before sharing.
- The boundary
- Drafts only. No automatic posting, outreach or changes to your accounts.
An example of the scope we define together, not a customer result or a performance claim.
Clarity first.
Then, a working setup.
Start with an audit. If setup is the right next step,
your audit fee goes toward the total.

Independent, practical help
from Grok Bot Wiki.
Need help with an outage or account issue? Our free troubleshooting guide is a better place to begin.
A few good questions.
Is this an official Grok service?
No. This is independent help from Grok Bot Wiki. We are not affiliated with xAI, X or Cursor, and cannot change their account access, pricing or usage limits.
What happens after I buy an audit?
We email within two business days to arrange your 45-minute working session. Your written workflow and feasibility plan follows within two business days of the session. The audit explores what is practical; it does not promise that every proposed automation is feasible.
What if I change my mind?
Email us for a full refund before work starts. We also refund you in full if we cannot take on the audit. Setup work is quoted and agreed separately; sending a setup enquiry does not charge you.
Do I need to buy another subscription?
Not to enquire. The audit starts with the tools you already have and identifies anything else the workflow would need. You pay any third-party subscriptions and usage directly, separately from our service fee.
What is included in the setup price?
The $749 total includes the $199 audit, one agreed workflow with one main input and output, one revision, a handoff recording and seven calendar days of support for the delivered workflow. Support is for that scope; new integrations, extra workflows and ongoing operation are quoted separately.
Can you fix a stuck Bot or increase my quota?
Account recovery, vendor outages and usage-limit changes need the vendor’s support. Our free troubleshooting guides are the best place to start. The service is for designing and setting up a recurring task.
