Grok Bot templates that work with Gmail
59 shared setups.
59 public Grok Bot templates in our directory say they use Gmail: their catalog entry lists it, or their name or share-page description mentions it. A mention is the creator’s description, not a test. We have not run these Bots. Links checked 2026-09-23.
Connector or browser?
A Bot can reach Gmail through a connected account (a connector, shown as a Plugin) or through a signed-in browser session on the Bot's computer. Either way it is your mailbox, and the connection belongs to the account, so every Bot on that account can use it.
A description rarely says which route a Bot expects. Before adding one, check what the share page asks you to connect, then test a small read. Connectors or browser: choose the right route ↗
Permissions to decide first
- Keep sending, forwarding and deleting out of the first runs; ask for drafts.
- Label, archive and filter changes are writes too. Say whether they are allowed.
- Try it on a small date range before a whole inbox.
